Safety Policy

NPC’s prime mission is to adhere to uncompromising quality, safety and zero tolerance towards non-compliance. Strong commitment from management towards safety has ensured a world class safety and performance of services.

NPC gives paramount importance to high risk activities, such as working at heights, extensive material handling, extensive earth work using all kinds of tools and plants, etc. The safety culture extends to everyone associated with it. Safety at work is the responsibility of everybody working for NPC.

NPC does not compromise with safety budget. This open ended approach on safety budget is simply to ensure that, what has to be done to ensure safety of its workforce has to be done, be it training, work place safety implementations and monitoring.

    Brief Overview

  • We begin stressing the importance of safety from day one.
  • Toolbox meetings are held to guide the team and workers about the importance of safety, about the methods of working in safety.
  • They are given special training for hot works and for working at height.
  • There is a toolbox meeting pre any new activity to commence.
  • Also there are weekly toolbox meetings for safety awareness and precautions. This includes demonstrations, drills and lessons in first aid.
  • We also celebrate safety day and reward the workers and employees who have done work by following safety without any deviation.
  • Any additional requirements in safety measures provided by the client or consultant are well-accommodated for execution of any project tasks.

Quality Policy

    This Policy is to be deployed through

  • Continual Improvement in product & service quality by process control and consistency (by reducing variability).
  • This is to ensure there are reductions in reworks from customer inspection.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction by understanding their explicit and implicit needs and communicate this to all employees.
  • Regular training and information on quality aspects to all employees is to be carried out.
  • Cost reduction through elimination of waste in all processes.
  • Adaptation to changing technologies and procuring them for advancement in quality and speed.

HR Policy

NPC places great value on well-trained and highly motivated employees.
